The System refers to the online applications Equity Focus and Corporate Focus hosted by Two Step Software.
Your information remains secure because the System is hosted in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technologies to prevent interference or access from outside intruders, such as:
- Computer anti-virus protection detects and prevents viruses from entering our computer network systems.
- Firewalls block unauthorized access by individuals or networks. Firewalls are one way we protect our computer systems that interact with the Internet.
- Secure transmissions ensure information remains confidential. We use encryption technology, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to transmit information between you and us. By encrypting your data, it cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

Two Step Software provides each user in your organization with a unique user name and password to the System that must be entered each time a user logs on. The System issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user or any other confidential user or session information.
